FAQ

How is FlipSwitch different than other retail platforms?

We are a DFY (done-for-you) company. Your core business is not retail or apparel and you're probably not a designer. We give you your time back by handling all the details that go with offering a comprehensive retail program. From design, to website hosting, production, fulfillment and even customer service, we do it all so you don't have to do any of it. 

Are there setup or transaction fees?

All plans include a one-time $149 setup cost. That includes your initial design review, proofing, placement and site build out. If you have your logo in one of our approved formats, that cost is all you need to go from not to online with your brand.

We do not charge transaction fees on sales. Ever.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. All plans are available month-to-month with no long term commitments so you can change your plan at any time.

When cancelling, we do recommend a 30-day notice so that we can process any remaining commissions to your bank. When a store does shut down, we destroy your sensitive banking information. As a result we would be unable to process commissions afterwards.

How am I paid?

We use Bill.com to safely and securely connect to your bank account via ACH. We deposit your net commissions automatically to your bank typically by the 10th day following the sales period end. 

What about security?

Your customers’ payment information is completely safe on your hosted stores. We use Stripe to process sales and all sensitive information always is transmitted via secure HTTPS channel. Moreover our platform is built on on a PCI DSS validated Level 1 Service Provider which is the gold standard for e-commerce solutions worldwide.
